Healthy Mexican “Cheat Meal” & Cook With Me Video

After a week of counting calories with the hubs, I was desperate for some excitement.

We have been eating according to macros, where you break down your fat, carbs, and protein into a certain gram amount per day. It’s actually easier than it sounds and it’s been really freeing getting to choose whatever we want to eat, as long as it fits our macros.

Tonight’s menu:

  • Homemade Roasted Tomatillo Salsa
  • Shrimp Fajitas
  • Avocado Salad
